It can be increased fatigue, wake up at night, sudden uneasiness and others; therefore, these issues can hamper the day-to-day activities. Ayurveda Dubai has a different approach than allopathic medicine because it provides the natural system of healthcare.

Ayurveda and Asthma:

Asthma causes when the bronchial tubes swell resulting in narrowing down the airway which ultimately hampers the flow of air. In Ayurveda, the bronchial issue is known as Tamka Swasa, and it is the kind of respiratory disease which can be controlled if both the patient and the physician deal with it meticulously.
The signs of being asthmatic can be fast breathing, excessive thirst, continuous coughing, dyspnea and others. There are four different types of sawasa roga which refer to having difficulty in breathing. The Tamka Swasa is the second mildest form of swasa roga. Even being the second on the slightest, it is considered challenging to cure the diseases but treating or controlling the issue is entirely possible.

Two ways of Asthma treatment:

Ayurveda Dubai usually treats the issue as a whole health thing, and because of it being the mild breathing issues there are two basic strategies which are employed for asthmatic people:

1.Purification therapy:

As the name suggests, purification therapy is basically where the elimination of the elements is triggering the reaction. In purification therapy, there are different procedures and processes which patients have to undergo. Starting the process with toleration treatment which is basically a fancy name for the oil treatment or you can say oil massage whether external or internal. There are different types of recommended oils for the asthmatic patients, and it should be carried for three days to max of 7 days.
The body can be purified in any way it possibly can land the second procedure is laxative therapy, and castor oil dose is taken for a few days. It will also relax the body, and all the allergic elements will defecate.
Third most common therapy used for the purification purposes is therapeutic vomiting.
Yes!! You read it right.
Also known as Vamana, it is considered as one of the effective therapies for the issues related to respiratory tracts. This process is carried out for three days.  So the process is basically after having a light breakfast, there is ingestion of a herb known as an emetic herb. After taking the herb, the patients are asked to drink cold water or milk which will result in the initiation of vomiting.

2. Herbal Therapy:

These other therapies to tackle the Asthma in patients are  given certain herbs of full plants, or roots of those to relax the trigger point. These herbs sever different purposes such as reducing the chances of the trigger, controlling Asthma once triggered and calmed down a person while coughing.
Herbs usually do not have any side effects, but there can be certain herbs which can have strong reaction time so weak people should avoid the herbs with a strong reaction.
The type of food can also have an impact on controlling the reaction of asthma. As per Ayurveda Dubai, if a diet is being followed to the doctor Advice, then there is a lesser need for medicine because food will act as a catalyst in controlling the problem.
Finally- The prevalence and incidence of Asthma are increasing especially among the younger lot. However, it is one of the non-communicable diseases which can be controlled, and the safest way to do so is treated in the Ayurvedic way. In the Ayurvedic process, the two main therapies used for Asthma are purification and herbal treatment.
